Sweet Potato Tang Yuan 番薯汤圆

往年的汤圆有白的,有红的,都是原味。
今天作了很不一样的汤圆。
是番薯的哦!
有橙的,有紫的。

食谱如下。

Ingredients 材料:
90gm Purple sweet potato 紫番薯 / Orange sweet potato 橙番薯
80gm Glutinous flour 糯米粉
100gm Warm water 温水

Method 做法:
1)
Cut the sweet potato in pieces and steam until soft. Crush the sweet potato.
紫番薯切片蒸熟,压烂。

2)
Add in the glutinous flour with the sweet potato. Pour in the water slowly, knead the dough until soft and smooth. Shape into small round ball and ready to be boiled.
糯米粉和紫番薯泥拌均。一点一点加入温水,揉粉团直光滑柔软。揉成小粒状即可加入糖水里。


老人家说,吃了汤圆就要过年了。
