Durian Ice Cream 榴莲雪糕

看到Sonia做的雪糕，榴莲也。。。
我和老公都是爱莲之人，哪能受得起这种诱惑。
两眼直瞪，好好吃的样子。
看看材料还蛮简单的。
“老公，我要买榴莲！”
食谱来自：Sonia~Nasi Lemak Lover

Ingredients 材料：
350gm Durian flesh 榴莲肉
1 1/2tbsp Sugar 糖 （*Durians I bought too sweet 我买的榴莲太甜了！）
100ml Low fat milk 低脂牛奶
70gm Fresh whipped cream 鲜奶油

Method 做法：
1）
Blend durian flesh, sugar and milk in a blender till smooth.
将榴莲肉，糖和牛奶搅拌均匀幼滑。

2）
Add in fresh whipped cream and mix well.
加入鲜奶油拌均匀。

3）
Pour into a container and freeze overnight or until set.
倒入容器冰冻隔夜或直到冻透为止。

4）
Spread some chocolate chips as decoration.
洒上一些巧克力米当装饰。
