Celery Steamed Dumplings 芹菜蒸饺
啊,最近怎么了?
同样一件事总是办不好,受了打击,缩了起来。
哈哈,穿上钢铁战甲的小强,也有疲倦的时候。
然后一晃,就是一个多星期。
地球没有因为我不动而停止转动。
安静时,偶尔会想想,接下来的自己想怎样的过。
老大不小了,每一天不该随随便便的,毫不在乎的挥霍日子。
世界末日就算要来,在那之前也得好好的活。是吧?
我的梦想很简单,每天可以开心的醒来,开心地做每一件事,
实实在在的生活,就够了。
所以,今天开始又要加把劲,继续我的人生马拉松。
多少公里的马拉松我不晓得。呵呵,尽情的跑,不要白跑就行了。
这是几天前做的蒸饺。
为了想学一点新花样,翻了翻食谱。
一边翻,心里不由得佩服起那些师傅来,手指功夫真的是好好。
最后,选上了师傅捏的四格饺子,看起来挺得意的。
那就捏捏看吧!

至少学会了怎样分格,下次应该就可以更快手了。
也因为是心血来潮,家里的材料有限。所以四个空格只填了三种材料。

Celery Steamed Dumpling 芹菜蒸饺
Recipe from 《家常面点》with some adjustment
Tools 用具:
1'no. Steamer
Flour dough 面粉团
Ingredients 材料:
125gm All purpose flour 面粉
55-60ml Water 水
Method 做法:
1)
Sift the flour, add in water and knead into a dough.
面粉过筛,加入水揉成面团。
2)
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and rest for 1hr.
盖上微湿的布,醒面1hr。
Fillings 内馅
Ingredients 材料:
200gm Minced meat 绞肉
100gm Celery - dice 芹菜 - 切丁
20gm Carrot - dice 红萝卜 - 切丁
Seasonings:
1tsp Light soy sauce 酱清
1tsp Oyster sauce 耗油
1/2tsp Pepper powder 胡椒粉
1tsp Sesame oil 麻油
Salt to taste 适量的盐
Garnishing:
Carrot - Chop 红萝卜碎
Celery - Chop 芹菜碎
Black fungus - Soak and chop 泡软黑木耳 - 切碎
Method 做法:
1)
Mix all the ingredients and seasonings together.
材料和调味料混合均匀。
2)
Divide the dough into 8gm each. Roll out the small dough become a thin sheet.
面团切分成8gm一小团。把小面团桿薄。
就在几天前,我家收到了一份来自天上的礼物。

在装饺子的盘里洒上足够的粉。

Using high flame, steam for 6min or until done.
大火蒸6分钟或全熟即可。
Servings:19pcs
