Basic Butter Cake 牛油蛋糕

前几天和朋友聊起蛋糕,问了她一些做蛋糕的心得和问题。
讲着讲着,就说起了牛油蛋糕。
她说,蛋糕之中,牛油蛋糕该算是基础了。
好吃的牛油蛋糕,要不粘牙,再来就是蛋糕碎不会掉满地。
算一算,我好久都没吃牛油蛋糕了。自己做,也没想过做这款蛋糕。
既然她说这是蛋糕基础之源,向她讨教了当中的小撇步后,我要动工咯。
根据她所给的食谱,我在网上也看到类似相同的。

蛋糕还没出炉,味道已经飘满屋子了。
动一动蛋糕边,感觉得到里边的质感是软的也。
除了表面涨得不是很平整之外, 口感是软棉的,味道好香哦。
蛋糕不会干巴巴,有点湿,却不油腻。
是我喜欢的,带点古早味。
出门遇老师,让我学了不少东西。 
好吃,下次再做。
今天,心里小小的开心了一下。。。Hurray!!!


食谱摘自The Food Connection

Basic Butter Cake

Tools 工具:
1'no. 20cm * 20cm Square pan 四方蛋糕烤盘

Ingredients 材料:
250gm Butter - Room temperature 牛油 - 室温
200gm Castor sugar 细糖
200gm (4'no.) Eggs 鸡蛋
1tsp Vanilla essence 香草香精
200gm Self raising flour - Sifted 自发粉 - 过筛
4tbsp Fresh milk 鲜奶

Method 做法:
1)
Grease and line a 20cm cake tin with greaseproof paper. Preheat oven。
蛋糕模里抹油和铺上蛋糕纸。预热烘炉。 

2)
Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy. 
牛油和糖搅拌着蓬

3)
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until mixture is light and fluffy.
加入一颗鸡蛋,搅拌到鸡蛋和牛油糊融合,在下另一颗鸡蛋。搅拌牛油糊直到蓬

4)
Add vanilla essence.
加入香精。

5)
Fold in sifted flour gradually to mix.
分次加入面粉。

6)
Finally stir in milk. Mix until well combined. 
最后倒入鲜奶。

7)
Pour mixture into prepared tin. Level out mixture at the sides but allow a shallow well in the center. This is to enable the cake to level up evenly during baking. 
蛋糕糊倒入烤盘里。中间的蛋糕糊可以比周边少些,这样蛋糕烘好时可以比较一样高。   

8)
Bake in the preheated oven 145C, for 55-60 minutes.
145度,烘55-60min。
