Chiffon Cake 戚风蛋糕

哥哥举家公干回国,我把妈妈和小侄儿接来家里住。
当了一个星期的保姆助理。
活泼好动的小侄儿牙牙学语,霸占了我的电脑在you tube里听儿歌,电视频道里找cartoon。
挪开了自己爬网的时间,用了较多的时侯陪伴着他做他喜欢的事。
在这种似懂非懂,又会爬高爬低爬楼梯的年纪,没有一刻可以放松。
虽然是挺累的,但是可以在一起的时光不常常会有,所以累但愿意。

当然,我的体力非常有限。
常常也趁小家伙睡着的时候,自己伸伸腰躺一躺;或是和妈妈聊聊天;要不就做做家务。
什么都不想做时,烘了这粒戚风。
东东那里找到最简单的食谱,用最基本的材料,却有着最满意的成品。
柔软的蛋糕体,纯纯淡淡的鸡蛋香,一天的时间剩下的也只有蛋糕削而已。




Chiffon Cake 戚风蛋糕

Recipe from The Kitchen 70's with little adjustment

Ingredients 材料:
(A)
4pc Egg yolk 蛋黄
20gm Sugar 糖
30gm Corn oil 粟米油
60gm Milk 鲜奶 (*Substitute with water)
90gm Cake flour 低粉

(B)
4pc Egg white 蛋白
1/8tsp Tartar powder 塔塔粉
70gm Sugar 糖 (*Reduced to 60gm)

Method 做法:
1)
Mix egg yolk and sugar, oil and water. Mix well.
把蛋黄,糖,油和水拌匀。
  
2)
Add in sifted cake flour. Mix well.
然后加入过筛的低粉,混合均匀。

3)
Beat (B) egg whites until bubbly, add in tartar powder. Add in the sugar in 3 batches, about one-third at a time, and beat well between additions. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
把(B)蛋白打发,加入塔塔粉,然后分次加入糖打至硬性发泡。

4)
Spoon out 1/3 of the beaten egg whites and fold into the egg mixture. Lightly fold in the rest of the beaten egg whites with a spatula, until just combined.
将少量蛋白霜加进以上的混合料拌匀。再加入剩余的蛋白霜,拌匀 。

5)
Pour the batter into the chiffon pan. Preheat the oven, bake in 150C, 40-45min. (Temperature and timing for reference only.)
将面糊倒入蛋糕模,以150度烤约40-45min。

6)
Remove the cake from the oven, invert the pan immediately. Allow it to cool completely.
烤好立即倒放在架子上待蛋糕冷却,扣出即可。

Servings: 1'no. 20cm Chiffon cake

    Taking care of kids really need lots of energy and patient...^^
    Lack either one also cannot..o. I have 3 boys, youngest is 2years 6 months..:D
    Wow! I love chiffon cake, I like to make them in different flavors. I love your chiffon, your ingredients look simple and your chiffon is so soft...: )
