Sardine Puff 沙丁千层酥

今天家里就只有我一个。
我家老公去了喝喜酒,又要去打球,节目排满了。
我嘛,也乐得清闲,安安静静的做自己想做的事。
享受这种宁静的时刻,还蛮过瘾的啦。
有时我很爱热闹,和朋友吃吃饭,说说笑笑是种乐趣,也是种交流;
但我也有很爱自己独处的时候。
我可以自己逛街,或是自己在家。。。
既然自己一人,那今天的晚餐就做超简单的吧。
买了现成的酥皮,要拿出来用了。
第一次做,靠之前看到格友的做法所有着的印象,希望可以依样画葫芦。
结果出来了,没有涨得高高的,可是味道好好哦!
黑了一点,因为让它们在烘炉里窟太久了一下。haiksss。。。
听说烘的间中要喷水,皮才会一层一层的,下次我再来试试看。
食谱如下:

Ingredients 材料:
5pc Kawan brand ready-made pastry sheet 现成酥皮
155 Sardine 沙丁鱼
100 Big onion 大葱
20 Red shallot 红葱头
1/3tbsp Soy sauce 酱油
A pinch of Salt 适量 盐
Little oil 少许 油

Method 做法:
1)
Heat the wok with oil, fry the big onion and shallots until fragrance. Add in the sardine with the sauce. Stir fry the sardine until the sauce thicken, add in salt and soy sauce. Set aside.
炒香大葱和红葱头,加入捣烂的沙丁鱼(连同沙丁鱼的汁),炒直汁快收干,下盐和酱油。即可。

2)
Unfreeze the pastry sheet. Slightly flatten the pastry sheet with rolling pin.
冷冻酥皮拿出来解冻一下。杆一杆酥皮,让它有点薄。

3)
Put 1 1/2 tbsp of the cooked ingredients onto the pastry, and fold the sheet into half. Press the edges of the sheet with fork.
放如一汤匙半的馅料,把皮合成一半。用叉把酥皮四周压一压。

4)
Preheat the oven. Bake in 160C, for 25min.
预热烘炉。160度C,烤25min。
