Sweet Sour Chicken 梅子鸡

2009年的圣诞节是我第一次真正投入在当中。
为了练习圣诞节歌舞剧,
又东帮帮西帮帮一点幕后工作;
真的冷落了我的烘焙角落。
不说其实,还有点手痒,想做些什么!嘻嘻!
今天,手上的工作暂告一段落了。
又学了道新菜,材料我都有也,
晚餐吃点不一样的吧!
食谱如下。

Ingredients 材料:
1/2bird Chicken 鸡肉
2pc Salted plum 水梅
2cloves Garlic 蒜米
5tbsp Tomato sauce 番茄酱
3tbsp Chili sauce 辣椒酱
1tbsp Sugar 糖
A pinch of white sesame 白芝麻少许

Marinade 腌料:
2tbsp Potato starch 太白粉
2tbsp Light soy sauce 酱清
1tbsp Chinese cooking wine 花雕酒
1/2tsp Sesame oil 麻油
1/2tsp Pepper powder 胡椒粉
1pc Egg white 蛋白

Method 做法:
1)
Prepare the chicken in chunks。
鸡肉切成块状。

2)
Marinade the chicken with all the combined marinade ingredients for more than 30min.
腌料搅拌均匀加入鸡块,腌直入味。

3)
Deep fry the chicken until fully cooked. Set aside.
鸡块炸熟,待用。

4)
Fry the chopped garlic until fragrant, add in the crushed and seedless salted plum, the sauces, sugar and a little water. Cook the gravy until thicken and mix with the chicken.
炒香蒜米,加入压碎去子的水梅,番茄酱,辣椒酱,糖和少许的水。酱汁煮直浓稠,加入鸡块搅拌均匀。

5)
Garnish the chicken with some white sesame and ready to serve.
盛盘,洒上少许白芝麻。大功告成!

  2. Mmmm....looks very delicious. Sweet and sour is always my favourite. I can never have enough if it, whether fish or meat or even vegetables or even sweet and sour noodles.
