Mulberry Jelly 桑椹果冻

据说桑椹有美肤、美发、补血、淡斑的功效。
其实我是喜欢它有酸酸甜甜的味道。
再加上这果冻真的很容易做。
热天吃的话,应该是很解曙的啦。
可是最近这里,好像都常常在下雨。
哈,可是不要紧啦,好吃就行了。
Ingredients 材料:
1 1/4 cup Mulberry blended flesh 桑椹果肉碎 (No sugar added 无加糖)
1 1/2 tbsp Gelatin powder 吉利丁粉
1 1/2 tbsp Rock sugar 冰糖
3 cup Water 水

Method 做法:
1)
Pour gelatin powder and rock sugar into the water. Stir the water for a while.
将冷水调和吉利丁粉和冰糖。

2)
Boil the water on the small flame until the rock sugar has fully dissolved.
用小火煮至冰糖融化。

3)
Turn off the fire. Add in the mulberry flesh and stir well.
熄火。加入桑椹果肉,搅拌均匀。

4)
Pour the mixture into any preferred moulds. Let it cool in the air, then put into the fridge.
把果浆倒入喜欢的模型里。放凉后,再放入冰厨冷藏即可。
